Negative beliefs will trap us in low frequencies. When the internal conflicts of humans pass through these low frequencies, their emotions, spirits, and bodies are held back in negative energies, memories, or actions. In other words, the circulation of “fear cells” within each person becomes active when we undergo a delay in raising the frequency of energy. Emotions with higher positive value than the mild state will help attract higher frequencies to their bodies. Once open-minded, receptive, and self-reflective, humans can maintain these high frequencies in their daily lives and eliminate negative beliefs. Each person’s levels of consciousness need to match their electromagnetic energy field to activate internal mechanisms, ultimately aiding humans in achieving successful thinking.

Low frequencies often manifest as fear and anxiety. Depression, low self-esteem, sadness, confinement, and inhibition also delay the process of raising the frequency of human energy. At that point, the amount of dopamine (“happiness hormone”) in us is very low, reducing our electromagnetic energy field and resulting in continued stagnation. Internal conflicts and issues of humans will be stored in this low-frequency structure. However, we can change and regenerate this negative energy through the atoms of knowledge.

Biological epigenetics and psychological thinking create the foundation for the human biochemical system, specifically constructing the groundwork for remarkable frequency transformations, allowing humans to transition to higher consciousness states. We are all creative beings on the journey to this conscious state.

We are learning to progress in the transition from point A to point B while simultaneously building and perfecting the core system. We are gradually leaving our comfort zone and adapting to change. Removing the barriers we face in life will bring the stimulating factors of injury and wounds more clearly; thereby helping us eliminate negative beliefs and thoughts. This will activate emotional intelligence, take us out of our comfort zone, and move us to a more positive place.

Everything about this philosophy is about the art of healing. We are learning how to focus on the agents of harm and the wounds of ourselves, while also focusing on transforming our resilience into healing. Furthermore, we are learning to use placebos and much more to change our perceptions and create healing. Everything in this body of knowledge is about the miracle of the biochemical system!

 

Positive affirmations – creating positive intentions and actions

Positive affirmations are positive words or phrases that can help us challenge and overcome procrastination and negativity. Once humans can consistently repeat and truly believe in these affirmations, we can create positive changes. Positive self-affirmations can also help reduce the impact of stress. Change can happen as quickly as the flick of a switch. We can change our pre-existing thoughts in our subconscious by intentionally creating positive changes from within.

Changing mindset

Humans can create change with a positive mindset. Humans can create change when they are willing to shape the metaphysical aspects in their thoughts; including belief systems, thoughts, behaviors… in both internal and external conditions. Once “fear cells” are eliminated, we can regenerate biological epigenetics. How we handle our mind/brain plays an important role if we want change through the three levels of consciousness. Negative behaviors need to be addressed. Each atom or thought of ours needs to go through this internal examination process. When we can apply this thinking to every aspect of life, positive results will appear and set the stage for moving forward. All thoughts can be expressed through a frequency-energy chart to create miraculous transformations for each person! Changes made at the three levels of consciousness will change the frequency of our electromagnetic energy field.

When we have negative thoughts, we enter a black hole created by procrastination actions. If we apply the force of attraction in our thoughts, we can reinforce our thoughts along with the commitment of the biochemical system.

Stages of change

Change can sometimes be endless. Humans often spend many years and decades binding their subconscious to fear, so it will take a lot of effort for humans to recover from this state. In these movements, we cannot create 100% change with the force of attraction in just one execution. Changing from negative to positive takes time, and humans can revert to the original negative state no matter how much effort we put in. The more we return to the starting position A, the more effort we have to make to reach destination B.

Unconscious Stage

This is the stage where humans are defensive against change: unwilling or unable to change. Fear prevents us from stepping out of our own safety zone.

At that point, they need to be fully aware of their current stagnant state, while also understanding what is happening within their closed-mindedness when rejecting change. We cannot continue to live with old habits, old environments, and then express dissatisfaction with our current living environment or current behaviors.

Reflection Stage

In this stage, we see the potential for change but feel unstable and uncertain about moving forward. However, we gradually learn to recognize the difference between positive and negative changes. From there, we gradually emerge from our own fear zone and accept change to drive us forward.

We also learn to overcome fear by breaking the process of memorizing negative thoughts into the subconscious.

We feel the desire to change but are unsure how this new change will manifest. Don’t worry, as in this stage, humans are allowed to be creative.

Decision Stage

This is the stage where we commit to change by seeking help to solve problems beyond our control.

In this stage, we may not know what to do? We are slowly transitioning from old conditions to new conditions, wanting positive change while learning about the workings of the biochemical system; with the purpose of building creativity for the next transitions in the future.

We create change strategies and promote the attractive process in the journey of raising the frequency of energy.

Action Stage

We take positive steps towards change while still not achieving stability. Clear changes in emotional intelligence need to be identified to create positive actions in the future. We are ready to build progressive change steps in our biochemical system.

By implementing change strategies and learning how to eliminate the possibility of returning to the starting point of this journey, we are breaking the process of supplying the drip of our dopamine (“happiness hormone”).

Expression Stage

In this stage, we learn to explore our true identity and through theoretical science to rebuild the design of the biochemical system. In this stage, we are trying to reset our belief system for the commitment of the system.

We learn to accept our true selves, while also learning to accept new changes around us.

Maintenance Stage

This is the stage where we achieve our goals and strive to maintain ongoing changes. We don’t want to repeat old behaviors from the past, and we still maintain positivity in this electromagnetic energy field.

We learn to balance our energy field from within through new cycles of thought.

Resetting Stage

We have gone through the repetition of old cycles in this process and have returned to starting point A. How can we maintain our balance through this process and rebuild the central frequency of energy to be able to reach destination B once again?

In this stage, we learn to recognize changes through emotional intelligence. We learn to maintain, balance, and restore our energy levels at higher frequencies. Once we find tranquility in thought, this process will become calm and end quickly.
