Can we request Metta to come and present ideas or choices?

The core value of Metta is strategic consulting. Unlike any agencies that sell one idea to many businesses, Metta’s services are tailor-made for each case. Therefore, Metta will need to conduct in-depth research through employee interview, discussion with HR departments, etc. These requirements require a short-term consulting contract to deliver a comprehensive strategy and plan within 6 months to 1 year.

Does Metta have a minimum budget requirement?

We design programs, select tools, and develop plans based on the unique business situations and resources. Hence, we do not have a minimum budget requirement. However, the consulting project will require a certain budget, and businesses need to provide us with an estimated budget from the beginning to ensure a highly feasible plan.

Will we implement it ourselves or will Metta Team will take over?

This depends on the decision of the business. Metta can execute everything from A to Z, or we can support the business’s team as an agency after the consulting process is completed.
