The consulting time ranges from 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the operational model and products of the client, the availability of data, and the novelty of the business model.
- The Metta Marketing team will conduct market research, analyze current and potential competitors, study customer needs and preferences, compare products and industries, etc. Those can be performed based on the customer’s business data, acquirement data from market research companies, in-depth qualitative or quantitative surveys conducted by Metta Team.
- In some cases, Metta may require the client to share sales and profit data, forecasts, and production plans, etc, which will be kept confidential.
- Based on the data collected, Metta will formulate a 4P/6P/8P strategy depending on the business model, including brand naming and positioning, essential core values, and brand attributes.
- Define the communication message for the brand
- Metta develop a one-year marketing plan, product launches, or repositioning strategies.
- Additionally, the proposal will include budget and personnel requirements for the first year.
- Metta will remain connected and answer any project-related questions for up to 6 months after the consulting contract ends. However, most of Metta’s clients have continued to execute marketing strategies with Metta after consulting. This ensures the realization of the consulting results and provides reassurance compared to engaging another agency.
