Metta Marketing Shared Services plays a role as a marketing team (or in-house agency) for companies with the key responsibily is to build strong brands in Vietnam market. This position will cooperate with Brand team and Digital team to carry out effective communication plans for the brands, including manage her/his own team of 2 – 4 content creators.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement communication plans as part of holistic marketing plan to achieve the overall brand objectives with original creative ideas and campaign themes
- Manage PR plan including creating press releases, advertorials and key website articles
- Manage, train and coach the content creators to deliver the best peformance
- Coordinate with other teams and PR agencies, media suppliers for media enquiries
- Grow relationships with media and bloggers, handle media events to garner positive earned coverage; build community for brands if needed
- Cooperate with other teams to handle corporate sponsorship and events (offline/ online)
- Establish new collaboration with strategic partners to increase brand equity, awareness and preference; expand customer reach to promote products and boost customer acquisition
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor in Marketing/PR/Business Administration related qualifications
- Experience in B2B and construction materials is a real asset
- PR experience with excellent English proficiency is considered crucial to the role.
- Significant experience of working within a matrix operation involving centralized and de-centralized decision making and guidelines is considered a great asset to the role
- A clear track record of delivering effective Marketing Communication Program as well as strong ability to influence people at all levels both internally and externally.
- Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Love discovering and sharing valuable and useful information to the community and the profession
