Metta is a growing startup providing in-house marketing services for SMEs and Startups. We act as an extension of the business, working closely with relevant departments, stakeholders, and their partners. Our activities range from building brand strategy, omnichannel marketing plan, product strategy, … to implementing marketing mix activities. We are digital-focused and offering marketing 5.0 services.
The Brand Manager is a head of our Brand team and will assist our management team. They will collaborate with other Digital Marketing team members and Brand team members.
This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, data analysis, and market research to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency in communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop digital and automation-focused marketing plans for the nominated brand(s) and products including all owned, paid media and ecommerce channels
- Execute and manage marketing activities in coordination with other funtional members in digital, communication, design and suppliers/ agencies
- Analyze and report on brand performance
- Analysis of consumer statistics and propose improvement for key performance
- Collaborating with clients and digital marketing to come up with efficient marketing 5.0 solutions along the buyer journey (new tools, new platforms, data-related solutions, automation process, etc.)
- Monitor market and consumer trends, and competitors’ activities
- New brand study (as a member of consulting projects): Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, analyze reports in order to identify opportunities, conduct SWOT analysis, assist marketing director for other appointed tasks for the project
- Develop distribution strategies including ecommerce and traditional channels
- Manage contracted brand budget and is a member of Metta’s cost managment team
Qualifications
- Background or deep knowledge in the marketing field is a must. Master holder in marketing or marketing technology is an added value.
- 3+ years of brand management. Having experience in e-commerce is a big plus.
- Experience in marketing communications including media, social media, and advertising
- Willing to learn new knowledge about products and marketing is a must
- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
- The ability to manage and allocate budgets
- Written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Experience with and an understanding of market research
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
- Team management and teamwork are critical success factors
Working time and venue
- Full time, Monday to Friday
- Online working and on-site working with a team are both required
- Location: Phu My Hung area
